We deliver across 20,000+ pin codes in India, ensuring wide accessibility for our customers.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days after dispatch
  • Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore usually receive orders within 2–4 days

⏳ Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Location accessibility
  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Order Not Delivered?

If your order is not delivered within 10 days, please contact us:

Undeliverable Locations

  • We verify serviceability based on your Pin Code at checkout
  • In rare cases where a location becomes unserviceable after order placement:
    • Your order will be cancelled
    • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 48 hours

High-Value Orders Verification

For orders above ₹5000, our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.


Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping (if applicable on offer)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹70 additional charge

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item

Please contact us at hello@skyniqo.in within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.

Order & Address Guidelines

  • Please provide complete and accurate address details, including Pin Code and phone number
  • Once an order is placed, address changes or modifications are not allowed
  • Each order can be delivered to one address only

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled in rare cases due to logistical or serviceability issues
  • In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded within 48 hours

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If unsuccessful, our team may contact you to reschedule delivery

Multiple Product Orders

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages
  • Each package will have its own tracking details
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly for each shipment

International Shipping

Currently, SKYNIQO ships only within India.
We are working on expanding globally soon 🌍
