Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
We offer returns or replacements ONLY in the following situations:
- You have received a wrong product
- You have received a damaged product
- You have received an expired product
- You have received an empty package
Return Request Process
If you fall under any of the above cases, please follow these steps:

- Share your order details
- Attach clear images/videos as proof (product condition, packaging, invoice, etc.)
🕒 Important:
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
In case of:
- Empty package
- Missing items
🎥 Please ensure you record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
This is mandatory for verification.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Verification & Pickup Process
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep
Refund Process
- After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect and verify the issue
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours
💳 Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as per standard processing timelines.
Important Notes
- Returns are accepted only for the conditions mentioned above
- We do not accept returns for used products or change of mind
- All claims are subject to quality verification by our team
